Frequently Asked Trading Inquiries

Can't find the specific trade parameter you are researching? Reach out directly to our Ortigas Trading Desk at **(02)8-7820992**.

For overland truck-trailer dispatches, our standard threshold is 10,000 Liters (10 KL) per delivery location. For marine vessels or maritime bunker load-outs, our trading desk executes contract structures starting at 100 Metric Tons (MT).
Our wholesale trading frames are linked directly to Mean of Platts Singapore (MOPS) price listings, combined with localized premium factors (such as maritime customs clearing, port handling, terminal storage, transport logistics, and regulatory duties). Prices are locked on either a bill-of-lading (B/L) date pricing basis, or a custom monthly average model.
For standard trucking operations within Mega Manila, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON, delivery fulfillment takes 48 to 72 hours from client order confirmation. For bulk marine bunkering, scheduled pipeline loading, or remote archipelago logistics, we require deep-planning buffers of 7 to 10 banking days.
Quality assurance remains our top mandate. Every fuel batch undergoes comprehensive testing at both the source refinery loading port and our local receiving terminals. We supply Certified Lab Reports (showing flashpoint, density, moisture and sediment volume, cetane index, and sulfur ppm) verified by ISO-accredited maritime inspection houses (SGS or Intertek) upon dispatch.
Yes. Upon successful completion of credit background checks and trading volume audits, RDC Petroleum operates custom credit arrangements. We accept Bank Guarantees (BG), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), or post-dated checks (PDC) to anchor high-frequency bulk petroleum operations smoothly.
Absolutely. RDC PETROLEUM TRADING CORPORATION functions in full alignment with local Department of Energy (DOE) certification requirements, Bureau of Customs tax clearances, and safety compliance. Our entire overland distribution trucking fleet consists of compartmentalized hazard-registered steel tankers operated by crewmen with active hazard-handling certifications.

Our trade brokers routinely draft bespoke pricing programs, dynamic risk mitigations, or split-destination delivery allocations for multi-facility operations.
